Not all damage is surface level. 🧱⚠️

This home’s foundation wall had shifted inward, creating a serious structural issue that required the right approach. Our team is carefully excavating along the exterior and preparing to install temporary supports so we can safely remove the compromised block wall.

From there, we rebuild it the right way.

It’s not the kind of work you always see, but it’s the kind that matters most.

Out with the walls, in with the steel. 🏗️💪

There’s something incredibly satisfying about watching a massive steel I-beam fly into place. This beam is the new backbone of the home, doing the heavy lifting so we can safely remove those old dividing walls.

Another one in the books for the SRL team on our McKenzie Street project. We focused on maximizing this space with clean lines and high-contrast finishes, proving that a smart layout and the right materials can completely transform a space.

From the matte black hardware to the durable laminate tops, this kitchen is built to handle real life while staying sharp for years to come.

The team (including Ozzy, our self-appointed site supervisor) is on-site and pushing through the snow to keep this garage build on schedule. It’s all about the details, and maybe a few belly rubs during the coffee break. 🐕☕
