With large tree removals, sometimes the saw is almost as big as the arborist! 😎

Unfortunately this tree had multiple major defects resulting from improper pruning at the main trunk union, so it had to go.

Winter is always a great time for tree removals. Remove in the winter, replace in the spring!

Cabling: Sometimes a necessary tool to support a tree with a defect that cannot be addressed through pruning alone. This usually comes down to the genetics of a species. Some are more prone to structural defects.

We're hiring an Arborist or an Apprentice Arborist!

Our work is super challenging but also very rewarding! We do some wild work aloft in the trees but we do it with absolute care and safety. We're looking for a person passionate about trees and the forest to join us. Ideally this person already has lots of experience as an arborist but we're happy to mentor and train the right person who is earlier on in their career.
