A new front entry for this Thunder Bay home. 🚪

Out went the old wood door and storm door. We replaced both.

The new entry door is black steel with a tall glass insert. Clean horizontal lines give it a modern look. A matching black storm door finishes the opening.

Black against the light siding makes a sharp contrast. The entry now looks crisp and current.

Your front door is the first thing people see. It also stands between your home and a Northwestern Ontario winter. We make sure it looks right and seals tight.

This project started with a roof. 🏠

The homeowners called us in the spring for a new roof. We installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Glacier.

They trusted the work. So they brought us back for new soffit, fascia and eavestrough.

Then they trusted us with the siding. Royal D4.5 in Estate Grey. Royal S7 Portsmouth shake in Ironstone in both gables. We capped the windows to tie it all together.

Three projects. One company. One standard of quality the whole way through.

Trust is earned one job at a time. Thank you to these Thunder Bay homeowners for trusting us with their entire exterior.

900 bundles of shingles. One big roof. Ten days straight. 🏠

We have wrapped up a full shingle replacement for the Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority. The old roof had been losing shingles to the wind year after year.

The crew on this job installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Driftshake. Dynasty is built for high wind resistance so it was a natural fit for a building this big and this exposed. Now this roof is ready for whatever the North throws at it.

A roof this size comes down to logistics. We ran three rooftop shingle deliveries out of Thunder Bay on our own boom truck. No waiting on anyone else to show up. Every bundle was on the roof the day the crew needed it. That is how we plan a job this size right down to the day.

Real credit to the crew. Ten days on that roof and the standard never dropped.

Strasser & Lang has been roofing across Northwestern Ontario since 1959. We are proud to keep showing up for the communities that trust us. 🔨

Thirteen windows replaced on this home. 🪟

Stage Prima Series in black. Large picture windows across the living room. Basement sliders. A new sliding patio door too.

Black frames against dark stained wood siding is a sharp look. The house sits back in the bush. The new glass pulls that whole treeline inside.

All thirteen done in a couple of days. That pace comes from an experienced team that works efficiently and never trades speed for quality.

Clean install. Clean site. That is the standard we have held since 1959.

Some jobs are not one job. They are a relationship. 🏠

Our first job for this homeowner was in May of 2025. New windows. That was the whole scope. Nothing more was promised on either side.

In August of 2025 they called us back for a new roof.

We just wrapped up the last piece. New siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough.

Every one of those calls was earned. We showed up when we said we would. We did the work to one standard. Then we left the site clean and let the result do the talking.

This is what sets Strasser & Lang apart. One team for every facet of your home's exterior. One contract. One standard of quality. No coordinating between trades and no gaps in accountability.

The house looks like it was planned that way from day one, because the same company handled all of it.

That is the standard we have held since 1959.
