It’s all about positivity. .
Equipment breaks, people quit, it rains, clients change their mind, money gets thin, faith gets thin - This business is hard but it’s all about positivity. Hire positive people, treat people well, happiness is contagious and misery is contagious. Life is too short to be unhappy. Great companies are built by happy people who feel fulfilled by their job and purpose. Ungrateful and short-tempered leaders are the quickest route to high employee turnover and problematic businesses.
We don’t get to take the equipment or money with us when we leave this world so you would think people would realize it’s about legacy, not money. The positive people ALWAYS go further in life - whether it’s with relationships, achievements, accolades, whatever - the positive guys win and the negative ones lose. It’s all about attitude and perspective and so many people miss this especially in our industry.👌🏽
