We’re currently looking to expand by adding a driven salesperson to our team.

Role Description
This is a full commission role at a very competitive 10%.
This position has the potential to be extreamly lucrative to a driven sales person with the earning potential of $200,000 + a year. Also there is a possibility for future partnership for the right individual.
This full-time, on-site Salesperson role is based in Thunder Bay, ON.
Traveling throughout Northern Ontario is required as we currenlty service many First Nation communities and industrial clients.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to closure. Additional duties include following up with leads, maintaining customer records, developing relationships with clients, and staying updated about product offerings. A commitment to customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets is essential.

Qualifications

Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and meeting revenue goals
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities
Experience in /or/ willingness to learn products and overhead door operations. Must have the ability to become proficant enough to be able to convey solutions to customers
Ability to work independently and contribute to team objectives
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Previous experience in the construction or overhead door industry is an asset
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
