🏗️ Another Project Milestone Reached!

We're excited to share that Grassmere Construction has completed the supply and installation of the pre-engineered building system for the expansion in St. Thomas, Ontario.

It's been a pleasure working alongside HIRA as the General Contractor and KDM Erectors throughout this phase of the project. Projects like this are made successful through strong partnerships, great communication, and the hard work of everyone involved.

A big thank you to our field crews, suppliers, and project partners for another safe and successful installation. We look forward to seeing the remainder of the project come together over the coming months.

🏗️ Project Update – Tillsonburg, Ontario

Grassmere Construction is excited to share progress on another local renovation project as we transform a portion of the former Peavey Mart building for its new tenant TK Liquidation Tillsonburg
Our team is currently making excellent progress with:
✔️ Interior painting
✔️ Interior steel stud framing & drywall
✔️ Mechanical & Electrical installations
✔️ Construction of new exterior concrete foundation walls
It's always rewarding to be part of revitalizing existing buildings and preparing them for their next chapter. Renovation projects like this help breathe new life into commercial spaces while supporting continued investment and growth within our local community.

🏗Progress is underway at our EeStairs America project in Brantford, Ontario!🏗

Grassmere Construction is proud to be building a new manufacturing and office addition that will help support EeStairs continued growth and future operations.

This week, our crews are pouring the concrete footings, with foundation walls scheduled to begin next week. It's exciting to see the project moving from site preparation into the structural phase and taking shape alongside the existing facility.

A big thank you to our team, trade partners, and suppliers for their hard work and dedication to keeping this project moving safely and efficiently.

Office and warehouse facilities are built around two very different kinds of work happening under one roof, and the goal is making both feel natural. This is where the Design-Build process shines.
