**A Note to Our Valued Customers**

Timmins Overhead Door is a small, locally operated company with a team of four service technicians. We work hard to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible; however, there are times when our service schedule is booked several weeks in advance.

We prioritize service calls based on urgency. Emergency services, hospitals, and other critical facilities are given first priority, followed by calls based on the severity of the issue and our existing schedule.

We understand that waiting for service can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. Please keep in mind that repeated calls or emails will not move a service call ahead of customers with more urgent needs or those already scheduled.

With a small team, there are only so many service calls we can safely and properly complete in a day. Sometimes that means non-emergency repairs may take a few weeks to get to. We promise—we haven't forgotten about you!

And on a lighter note… if you happen to know any experienced overhead door technicians looking for a job, please send them our way! We'd be more than happy to add a few more hands to help shorten those wait times. 😉

Part-Time Personal Assistant / General Helper
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Personal Assistant / General Helper to assist with a variety of personal, household, and office-related duties.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 9:00 AM (approximately 4–6 hours per day, depending on daily needs - task list will be provided weekly)
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Multiple locations - as required
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Comfortable traveling between different locations during work hours
Comfortable occasionally driving individuals to appointments or other locations as required
Driver’s abstract required
Criminal record check required
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Able to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Basic computer and organizational skills are an asset
Vehicle Information:
A personal vehicle is not required, as a company vehicle can be provided for work-related duties. However, applicants who choose to use their own vehicle will receive a $40 weekly gas allowance.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Home cleaning
Office cleaning and organizing
Laundry and dishes
Yard work and outdoor maintenance
Grocery shopping and running errands
Filing, organizing paperwork, and basic office duties, phone answering
Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks
Driving individuals to appointments or errands when required
General organizing and upkeep
Assisting with personal and household duties
Miscellaneous helper/assistant tasks as needed
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable helping with both household and office responsibilities.
