Summer time is deck time! ☀️🛠️

We recently rebuilt this deck for a customer after the original structure became unsafe to walk on. As part of the rebuild, we added an extra beam at the front entrance to provide additional support and long-term stability.

A quick tip for homeowners: Avoid using salt on your wood decks during the winter. Over time, salt can corrode metal joist hangers and fasteners, weakening the structure and leading to costly repairs.

Another basement renovation wrapped up today! 👌

This project included some minor structural repairs to replace rotten sill plates, giving the foundation the support it needed. We then installed beautiful new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring and finished the space with fresh paint on the walls and trim for a clean, updated look.

Took a couple days to train with Schluter-Systems North America in Collingwood. We expanded on the knowledge we already had, learned new installation practices, and got hands-on with some really impressive new products they’re offering.

Another great night at the Kincardine Bulldogs business volleyball night. Thanks to this amazing group of people who come out year after year to support our local hockey team! Oh, and by the way..."We are the Champions"!!
