SEA Contracting Ltd S.E.A. specializes in retail renovation, new construction and has branched out to hotels, restaurants, banks, etc. Here at S.E.A.

Contracting Ltd., was established in 1989 owned and operated by Shawn Butler. We are a General Contractor with considerable experience in commercial renovations and new construction. has a skilled work force, an excellent reputation for quality workmanship and competitive prices. We have successfully completed a large variety of projects in the retail, office, restaurants, dental clinics and financial institutions sectors. Contracting is very competitive in performing projects in Newfoundland and Labrador and other provinces within Atlantic Canada. We have a very reliable team of workers who enjoy the travel and take pride in their work. We have our own in house millwork shop with over 40 years of experience working in the commercial field, as well we have trained technicians that can answer your service call requirements as needed. Contracting is committed to health & safety in the work place. We are certified in the COR Program with the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Safety Association. we have an extended list of clients that we have built a long-term relationship with in our many years of business. We look forward in expanding our clientele for future projects to achieve their objectives and goals. Its time to embrace the spirit of giving this fall season
We want to send a BIG thank you to everyone who has stopped by in previous years. With all your help we were able to make many drop offs of food to our local North East food bank.
We are excited to announce a new set up this year with a Fall wagon display and it is now ready for your fall pictures!

As usual the container is behind the wagon and again all we are asking for is non perishable food donations.

Feel free to park in the S.E.A contracting business parking lot and walk across the front of the house ( the side of the road can be dangerous so please use the sidewalk that connects from the parking lot to the house) or park right in front of the garage next to the wagon!
You'll notice the stand in front of the wagon is for selfies feel free to move it around.

Don’t worry if you missed our truck because it is still available but we’ve partnered with the Avalon mall to bring the perfect fall photo set up to more families in an indoor atmosphere 🍁

We can't wait to see all your lovely photos again this season, together as a community we can help beat hunger. Let's fill those shelves
