Richmond Hill Three-Level Composite Deck – 2025 Project.

At Proper Construction, we specialize in creating custom outdoor living spaces across the GTA. Our 2025 project in Richmond Hill showcases a unique approach to modern deck building — combining strength, style, and functionality.

Built on Helical Piles for Maximum Strength

This composite deck is supported by helical piles, providing a stable foundation that outperforms traditional concrete footings. Helical piles are ideal for deck construction in Richmond Hill since they ensure durability and reduce risks of shifting soil.

The frame was also reinforced for a hot tub, making the structure strong enough to handle additional weight while maintaining safety and long-term performance.
