Wonderful project recently completed. Worked with great trades and great manufacturers. We completed all the roofing, soffits, downspouts, metal flashings on this projects. With over 40 balconies it was an extremely detailed job for all of our crews 🙌🏽🙌🏽

All hands on deck!! We got a call yesterday from our client letting us know the cranes demobilization date got pushed up to Monday instead of Wednesday. Yesterday we were not able to work because of the weather plus we had to call every favour to get the material on site for a Friday AM. Working together, having good relations with our employees, suppliers and clients make these impossible situations possible. Thank you to everyone able to make today seem like a regular Tuesday.

These terrace screens had no choice but to be on the roof surface so .company proposed using there Pumadeq fluid applied membrane to seal these posts. 70% preparation allowed this install to go smoothly and will leave the roof leak free for decades to come

6 years…..thats how long it took for this roof to start leaking badly. 6 years ago a roof replacement was done on these 3 residential buildings by ANOTHER firm (will remain unnamed) after having the original roof last 40+ years before. ……………………………………………..We were hired to remove all the insulation & ballast. Inspect and repair all the membrane, install new poly sheet and filter cloth and replace any damaged insulation. We also hired a 3rd party consultant/inspection agency to conduct reviews and inspections to further validate our work and give the owner another form of insurance and security. Just another reason to hire the best, to hire us……….
