Making progress at our Ottawa project! In the last weeks we have smashed out 25,000 square feet of beautiful flat, level drypack woth a skimcoat over the top. Ready for vynil and hardwood install!

Im not saying self leveling is not a good product, drypack if installed incorrectly, will fail as well.

Becarerful when hiring floor prep companies. Don't try to DIY large projects without starting small first. Vet the people you are hiring to work for you. Be careful.

This is work for us, but it sucks for the owners of this project. Don't be a hack, don't be cheap.
