Another completed job by this one was a smaller size job, we call them in&out projects. As you can see in the photos the popcorn ceiling was in a rough shape so we removed it and painted the ceiling, crown moulding and gave the walls a fresh and new colour.

Another project completed. This is a one bedroom + den condo unit we painted in North York ON, we typically paint a unit similar to this in a day, however it depends on colours and condition.

This used to be a rental unit where the landlord now is looking to sell. What we did here was repair damages to the drywall/walls as well as caulking around the baseboards and paint doors, door frames, baseboards and walls. We are very familiar with these typical projects where landlords simply want to freshen up the unit and prepare for listing.
