What a transformation!

In the first image you see the end result of this bathroom makeover. Despite’s the challenges we encountered with this bathroom, we are pleased with the outcome.

We made the owners a reality. and paying close attention to the details.

Adding a skylight is a popular . Also, it’s a beautiful and useful element to add to your . Unfortunately, when are done incorrectly issues will arise.

After completing the We went up to the to investigate the and discovered that:

1. The skylight has caulking around it.
2. Incorrect skylight installed.
3. The roof was at the end of its age.
4. Water was pooling on roof.

While uncovering these issues, our clients decided that they wanted us to and install a

Originally this bathroom had a whirlpool bath tub that occupied most of the space.

We replaced the whirlpool bath tub with a smaller soaker tub...

But, we're now left with dead space.

Collectively we decided it was best to maximize the space.

Our clients came up with a savvy idea and drew the diagram above.

They wanted us to build them a custom space solution to help add storage space and to stay organized.

We discovered...
1. Floor joists were cut and notched out for plumbing pipes

2. The existing water lines were lead piping and needed to go!

3. The walls were out of square and unleveled

4. A leaky skylight

Oh, and we found a WINDOW!
