Main reason of Hantavirus. The real infestation was in the attic which was linked with the fireplace, when we caught this family, we went into the attic and we saw a huge pile of Mice dropping on the attic floor.
Don’t let this spread out since attic is the only place where everything is linked with each other example all the vent wipes so if you have something in the attic that is going to affect your health and your whole family is in danger.

If you’re finding droppings on your roof or deck, you’re dealing with a raccoon latrine—and once they mark that spot, scent markers keep pulling them (and others) right back.
Here is why raccoons keep choosing your property:
Overhanging Tree Branches: Branches touching or leaning near your roofline create a private highway. Raccoons are natural climbers and use limbs to bypass ground-level hazards and access your roof with ease.
Warm, Accessible Shelter: Attics, uncapped chimneys, soffits, and roof junctions provide dark, predator-free shelter. If there’s an opening or soft wood, they’ll chew or rip their way in.
Easy Food Sources: Unsecured green bins, fallen fruit, bird feeders, outdoor pet food, or lawns loaded with grubs make your yard an all-you-can-eat buffet.

Crazy Story. Never make this mistake.

Got a frantic call at 1:30 in the morning from a client who had just driven back into town from his cottage up north.
Over the weekend, he parked right under the dense tree canopy, left the sunroof tilted open to let the cottage breeze through, and didn’t think twice about it. Huge mistake. Some wildlife or an active nest in the branches dropped an entire cluster of ticks right through that open glass, straight onto the headliner and seats. He didn’t even notice until he was halfway home on the highway and felt something crawling on his neck.
The second he pulled into his driveway, he refused to step back inside the vehicle and dialed my emergency line.
By 2:00 AM, I was on site gearing up with my inspection light and tank wand. When I popped the door, it was pure nightmare fuel. What looked like dirt specks along the plastic trim and seat tracks was an active swarm—hundreds of ticks migrating down from the roof into the floor seams, carpet fibers, and door jams.
In a tight vehicle cab, every crevice along the floor rail has to be hit with pinpoint accuracy to keep them from burrowing into the seat foam. A relaxing cottage getaway turned into an expensive 2 AM hazardous chemical job.
