This is our steel manufacturing facility, where raw steel becomes finished structural product.

Our own direct suppliers keep materials on time. Our own certified welders handle every weld on site. No subs, no waiting on someone else's shop schedule, and the timelines stay on track.

Four storey, 12 unit build at Glencairn. We supplied and installed all the steel ourselves.

Hold downs at the base keep the frame from racking under wind and seismic load, no guessing on stability. Whole thing came in at 7,000 sq ft, six weeks to frame and steel. One or two more weeks to wrap the interior before we move to the next one.

Lansdowne walkthrough. Four storeys plus a basement, 12 units, and a laneway house with two more.

Block wall between the units. 4" CFS studs with 3" of exterior insulation. We supplied the wood, drywall, DensGlass, CFS and the steel beam, all from us.
