Greenhouse set for winter! Some studs that were in need of replacement, insulation, exhaust fan and light added. Skylight and shingle roofing. Thankful to my clients for this one 🙏

Recent basement flip. Strapped existing studs and insulated. Drywall install, drywall tape, sanding prime, crown and base paint. Insulation spec: R14

Recent Reno of laundry room. Was divided in 2 with no space and exposed joists (ceiling) and brick. Rerouted electrical (with licenced electrician), re routed plumbing and dryer vent. Laminated drywall to brick in the stairwell to tidy everything up. Laminate floor and refacing of stair risers. Painted to finish. Framed new walls with insulation and vapour barrier. The rest aesthetics. From demo to completion. Wish I had some start demo photos and framing photos.
