Before & after transformation on this home.
The old wood trim had peeling blue paint and the existing eavestrough & downspouts were worn out and leaking. We capped all the trim in maintenance-free aluminum and installed brand new seamless eavestroughs with new downspouts for a clean finished look.
Not only does it look better, but it’s now protected from future peeling, rot, and water damage.

Clients eavestrough fell off around the garage, and once we opened it up, we found the real issue: completely rotten rafters and no proper wood fascia to support the system.

We rebuilt it the right way. New rafters installed, solid wood fascia added, then fully wrapped with aluminum fascia and soffit for a clean, long-lasting finish. Finished off with new 5” eavestrough and 3”x3” downspouts to make sure everything drains properly.

This is why proper installation matters — it’s not just what you see on the outside.

Installed heating cables on this home along the roof, inside the eavestrough, and through the downspouts.
This helps prevent ice dams and keeps icicles from forming by allowing water to properly drain even in freezing temperatures. A simple upgrade that can save you from major issues during the winter.

Job started as a simple repair, re-securing the eavestrough back to the house.
Once we got up close, we found the fascia board was rotten and pulling away. The soffit was originally wood and had been covered with aluminum by a previous company and wasn’t venting properly into the attic.
We ended up removing all the eavestrough, replacing the rotten wood fascia, and taking down the old wood soffit. We installed new wood fascia, wrapped it with aluminum for protection, added properly vented soffit, and finished it off with new 6” eavestrough and 3”x4” downspouts.
