2018 CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR WINNER
Colm Hendrick, President of Act Fast Waterproofing Corporation, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Colm has been part of every task imaginable in the building process. He started out as a clean-up worker on projects as a boy for his uncle’s construction company in Ireland and then with more involvement and dedication honed his skills as a crane operator and crew leader. He uses these years of hands-on experience to now manage the many details of his Residential projects. He holds a Business Diploma from Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland and has held a Building General Contractor’s license in Toronto since 2014. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in estimating, scheduling, purchasing and field coordinating. He was awarded the Best of Homestars award in Toronto for 2017 and 2018 for his work in Waterproofing sector.
