What we built:
✅ Lower deck with a flat roof structure, topped with a floating Ipe deck for full waterproofing below.
✅ Frameless glass railings on both levels to keep the conservation-area views open from inside the home.
✅ Cabana with ACM-clad posts, fascias, and a full back wall, plus a fireplace cut-out protected with cement board under the TV.
✅ Tongue-and-groove Ipe on the ceiling and feature wall, finished with an accent tile for depth and texture.
✅ Decks sized precisely to zoning limits while keeping a comfortable walkway around the pool.

Field fix we’re proud of 🛠️:
When a cabana post settled on disturbed soil, we re-levelled the structure and installed a helical pile to lock it in for the long term.

The deck is fully waterproof, featuring hidden eavestroughs under the surface that guide water out neatly. Beams, posts, fascia, and skirting are all cladded in matching Trex material, giving a clean, seamless look 👌

We worked around outdoor kitchens on both levels, added privacy screens, and even built a custom screen beside the hot tub with electrical and framing for a mounted TV 🔌🛁

The Century Scenic railing gives perfect visibility toward the lake while keeping everything safe and stylish ☺️

Despite all the challenges, our team completed it just in time for summer so our clients can enjoy a stunning, durable, and functional outdoor space built to last for years!
