In this renovation, we were working with a compact footprint. The mirror wall, part of an extended section of the home, was quite thin, leaving no space for mechanical ducting, plumbing, or electrical wiring. To visually expand the narrow ensuite, we incorporated 3D effect concrete felt tiles and pendant lighting, creating a sense of depth, dimension, and connection to nature.

For the master bedroom, our goal was to balance privacy with an open, flowing layout. We introduced an unconventional design feature: a quartzite stone slab that serves as an accent wall between the bed and vanity areas, acting as both a visual divider and a sculptural element.

The shower sill was capped with marble matching the integrated vanity, enhancing structural integrity, durability, and ease of maintenance. A wall-hung vanity in a warm walnut tone adds a natural, sustainable touch, allowing the surrounding materials and textures to take center stage.

We built this L-shaped deck to be a sturdy, lasting part of the family home.
It's anchored with a helical pile foundation for enduring strength. Constructed with pressure-treated lumber, it offers lasting durability, resistance to the elements, and a warm, natural finish. Every cut, joint, and stair was crafted with care to ensure clean lines and solid performance.
The L-shape creates a versatile space that flows seamlessly from the house into the backyard, giving our client plenty of room to relax, entertain, and enjoy their new outdoor living area.

We built this backyard deck with helical pile foundation for rock-solid stability.

Both the frame and chevron-pattern decking are crafted from Micropro Sienna pressure-treated lumber, ensuring lasting durability, resistance to the elements, and warm, natural beauty.

From the clean lines of the chevron pattern to the solid craftsmanship beneath it, every detail reflects our commitment to high-quality workmanship and custom architectural work.

This basement renovation project was one of our earlier transformations, but it remains a great example of how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can completely reinvent a space. We turned an unfinished basement into a fully functional 2-bedroom suite, complete with a modern bathroom, updated flooring, and stylish finishes throughout.

The layout was reconfigured to include two comfortable bedrooms with proper egress windows, allowing for natural light and meeting safety standards. The bathroom features a custom walk-in shower enclosed with frameless glass, matte black fixtures, large-format tiles, and a floating vanity with an integrated sink. Hexagon mosaic tile flooring in the shower adds a subtle yet elegant touch.

We also upgraded the staircase to a piano style with oak treads and glass railings, creating a clean and modern entryway into the space. Throughout the basement, we installed durable laminate flooring with dricore sub-floor for a warm, wood-like look that holds up well to moisture and wear and ideal for basement use.

From trim and door upgrades to cohesive black hardware and bright, neutral finishes, every element was designed to create a space that’s both inviting and practical. Whether for rental income or multi-generational living, this basement has proven to be a smart investment and a space that continues to serve its purpose beautifully.

As contractors, we love transforming underutilized spaces into something truly valuable for our clients. This photo showcases one of our unique projects: the renovation of a crawlspace in a mid-century bungalow. Originally a dark, dusty, and forgotten area, this crawlspace is now a bright, highly functional storage/pantry and laundry zone.

We maximized the low ceiling and limited footprint by installing compact, front-loading washer-dryer units and custom-built pantry shelving that takes full advantage of vertical space. Engineered hardwood flooring gives the space warmth and timeless character while standing up to daily use. Efficient LED lighting brightens every corner, making it easy to stay organized.

This transformation proves that even the most overlooked spaces can become practical, beautiful parts of your home, with the right vision and craftsmanship.

We paid close attention to every detail, with hidden fasteners maintain a clean, elegant look, and gaps between the planks are minimized for a smooth, seamless surface. The decking runs diagonally across all layers, creating a welcoming, open flow that naturally invites the family outside to enjoy sunny days and warm summer evenings.

In 2019, we had the pleasure of building one side of a fence for our client, a lovely older couple who trusted us to bring both quality and care into their backyard.

That fence was not just built to look good but it was built to last. We installed a 4-foot-deep foundation, well below Ontario’s frost line, giving the structure the strength to withstand shifting ground and harsh winter conditions. We used pressure-treated wood for long-term performance outdoors, and hot-dip galvanized nails designed specifically for exterior use to prevent rust and hold everything tight for years to come.

Today, six winters later, that original section still stands straight, level, and strong, just as it did the day we built it. It is a small but meaningful reminder of what solid workmanship and attention to detail can do.

Last year, our client reached out once again, asking us to return and build the remaining sides of the fence. To us, there is no greater compliment than being asked back. It means trust was earned, and quality was remembered.
