Another Successful Pigeon Control Project – 64 Bramalea Road

Client: Medallion Corporation

We are proud to showcase another project completed for one of our largest and most valued clients, Medallion Corporation, a major property management company overseeing more than 1,500 buildings.

With over 10 years of providing professional pigeon control services to Medallion Corporation, we have built a strong working relationship based on trust, reliability, and proven results.

This particular location at 64 Bramalea Road presented a serious pigeon infestation, with birds heavily congregating and nesting around the front office canopies, creating unsanitary conditions and ongoing maintenance concerns.

Our team stepped in to address the problem with a professional, long-lasting bird prevention solution.

120 Sumach Bird prevention on the eighth floor terraces. We were approached by a board member, who owns a unit on the eighth floor, regarding tenant requests for bird prevention measures to deter pigeons. The acting company responsible for such matters deemed it impossible, prompting our intervention. We successfully implemented a comprehensive prevention solution that is both aesthetically pleasing and effective.
