A grand entrance foyer where the custom front closet/wall unit is anything but boring. We built this custom home with a 14’ high ceiling here and the rift oak built-in is stained the same as the massive oak front door with side windows. This wall unit has sliding doors to reveal storage for hanging coats and more. The natural stone floor has a fun pattern repeat with matching mosaics
and in-floor heat for literally a warm welcome! It’s just a hint of what’s in store for the rest of this deluxe custom home.

A kitchen to die for.. or should I say, dine in!Crisp, modern lines with all base cabinet drawers (except under sink) make for the most convenient and fully useable storage. It’s easy on the eyes and equally easy to use! The luxurious quarts counters, backsplashes and custom fan hood, all with light and clean streamlined feel. Lots of space for multiple cooks to move around with plenty of guest seats at the island.

Clients of over 18 years, scaled down from their huge house to a downtown condo. Big changes in every sense! They wanted to maximize their space and storage while keeping it luxurious. Clients had a rare opportunity to take advantage of unused space directly above their condo and create beautiful high ceiling details including up-lighting for dramatic effect. Their steam fireplace and streamline mantle was introduced as a important focal point that ties the open area together.

Make every visit to the master bathroom feel like a spa day by choosing soothing, gentle colours and finishes. The essence of luxury, with a grand two person shower, a private toilet with a frosted glass door and a sleek custom vanity with drawers for easy storage. The in-floor heat is delux as is the heated toilet seat with spa features, for a true custom oasis! This is a glimpse from one of our custom homes.

Hard to believe the importance of these simple footings that are underway in this video. We poured the concrete in the same afternoon. These support the foundation walls as you’ll see in the next pics showing the framing stage, almost completed. Stay tuned!

In this custom house, there was no window in the stair well so we created a feature wall with wood applied moldings and dramatic frosted glass that stretches the entire height of the three level stairs. Behind the glass, LED lights can turn to any colour, from a simple click of a button. The lights can also be programmed to change on a cycle in keeping to the rhythm of the music for a dance party! The large center foyer can be turned into a fun dance floor if wanted.This area was changed from a boring lackluster area, to a nice dramatic statement.

What was once a dilapidated boarding house, has been transformed into a single home. What an improvement by enlarging all the openings of these load bearing walls on the main floor. Originally these were dark, small cluttered rooms and are now sun filled, open spaces with floor plans that flow without effort.
