Northern Caulking Inc. is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator to help connect planning with field ex*****on across our projects in the GTA. The role involves coordinating crews, schedules, materials and equipment, monitoring site progress, managing project documentation and ensuring every detail is carried through to completion.

This is a junior-level opportunity for someone who takes initiative, communicates confidently and wants to gain hands-on experience alongside an established construction team. Training will be provided.

Strong building performance begins with standards that never shift.

We’re pleased to announce that Northern Caulking Inc. will be taking on a comprehensive scope of building-envelope and life-safety work at The Rekai Centre Cherry Place, a new long-term care development in downtown Toronto.

Our scope includes, but is not limited to, building-envelope sealant installation, foaming, firestopping, expansion and control joint systems, in-suite finishing, and more.

We’re excited to bring decades of specialized experience, consistent ex*****on, and close attention to detail to every aspect of the project, helping support lasting performance throughout the building.

Another project, another opportunity to deliver work that stands the test of time!

We're proud to be part of the HOEM2 Garden District Student Residence project in downtown Toronto, ensuring the building envelope is adequately sealed thanks to our decades of expertise across the various window systems.

As part of this project, Northern Caulking Inc. will be providing interior and exterior window wall caulking, window wall foaming, curtain wall caulking and foaming, and aesthetic caulking.

Every joint plays a critical role in a building's long-term performance. Our team is committed to delivering the precision, quality, and reliability that every project deserves.
