This bathroom was dated and small. We opened the wall and claimed extra space from a bedroom closet to accommodate a 48” vanity, replaced the tub with a frameless glass shower enclosure and added Carrara marble herringbone floor tiles and mosaic tiles in the shower vanity

This renovation of a laundry and furnace room had us install a tankless water heater, built a wall to separate the furnace room from the laundry room and covered the ductwork in the ceiling with bulkhead. We changed the laundry faucet so that the drip feeder can take care of the floor drain. Cabinets were installed for laundry storage and a full length broom closet. Porcelain floor tiles replaced the outdated ones and the electrical was altered to accommodate separate lights for the laundry room and the furnace room.

We started with a dated kitchen. The goal was to make this space bright and contemporary. We installed marble look quartz both on the counters and backsplash up to the ceiling. The old cabinets were replaced with white shaker cabinets. We utilized
the open wall space in the breakfast nook and added cabinets with a shallow counter to keep the space looking open. Porcelain, wood look floor tile adds a beautiful but tough finish to this space.

One of our latest projects - bath to shower conversion. We replaced the whirlpool bath tub with a large shower. The double niche lends built in storage space while the shower faucet allows for the option to stand under the large rain head hands free or use the hand held. The low profile subway tiles and the linear drain allow the beauty of the mosaic tiles to shine through. A single piece of glass was used - without a door for easy access.

Our clients wanted to update their bathroom adjoining their master bedroom to give it a bright, contemporary look and feel as well as to make it bigger and more spacious. We moved the wall to the left of the vanity out 3' taking that space from a nook in the bedroom, to accommodate a larger vanity with double sinks. The old shower was completely demolished to allow for a new shower faucet with both a rain shower head and portable hand shower, porcelain tiles and a custom built niche and bench. A single piece of glass was used to divide the shower and the rest of the room. This low profile style gives the illusion of extra space and a minimalist look allowing the beauty of the marble look tiles to shine. The renovation was finished off with a fresh coat of light gray paint and porcelain floor tiles. The result is a beautiful, more spacious, brighter, updated bathroom space!

We filled in the gaps and cracks between the bricks and in the foundation (pointing and parging) to aid structural integrity. We painted the orange bricks white and replaced aluminum siding with cedar siding for an updated, modern look.
