Luxury meets function in this Roncesvalles renovation.

Our team completely transformed this home into two stunning independent rental units, and every detail was designed to impress.

Think warm wood cabinetry paired with clean white tile backsplashes. Bold blue tile bathrooms. Built-in shelving framing a beautiful fireplace. Rich exposed brick and moody dark walls. Oversized windows flooding each space with natural light.
Behind the beauty, this home was fully rebuilt with modern systems - separate HVAC, upgraded electrical, new Marvin fiberglass windows throughout, and full code-compliant fire and sound separation between units.

We’re on site in Bloor West Village, a few weeks into a full main and second floor renovation. Electrical rough-in is underway as we prep for all-new flooring, and on the main floor we’ve opened up a structural wall with a flush beam to create a brighter, more open layout, including a new office at the back.

Upstairs, the goal is to blend modern function with original character. We’re preserving details like stained wood paneling, casings, and baseboards while building out a full primary suite with a walk-in closet and ensuite, plus maintaining the guest bathroom.

We’re also upgrading the heating system, replacing old cast iron radiators with slim Stelrad units for better efficiency.

More to come once framing and insulation are complete!

Back on Boon Ave 👷‍♂️

We wrapped up the main floor here a couple years ago, and now we’re back, this time tackling the basement.
Two weeks in, we’re taking care of the important stuff first, replacing the aging cast iron drains before moving forward. It’s one of those upgrades that makes a big difference long term.

This space is being reimagined with a full gym and dance studio, upgraded utilities, and plenty of custom millwork throughout, all designed by Alana Fletcher Interiors.

Still early days on this one. Follow along as it comes together over the next few months.
