Sometimes you start a project and then think, oh I should have taken some photos at the start of the project. It happens all the time, and sometimes you get the before photos and move on the next project and forget to take photos when finished. Well, these photos start at just after the demo.
The client wanted the door to the basement to be larger so they could get a full size washer down the stairs.
Removed the old lath and plaster walls that where on an angle, putting in a new wall. A larger door opening, new basement door, plumbing and HVAC work, new drywall and paint. Trade help on this project as needed.

11+ foot ceiling in this condo. All walls and ceiling patched and painted. Kitchen cabinets updated with a new Oxford white. Designer white paint throughout the condo to brighten things up.

New floor and tiles. new plumbing , shower head and bath faucet, new bath/shower surround tiles, vanity / sink, cabinet and toilet. Finished off with new paint and trim. Good for another 20+ years..
