A little bathroom reno to help tenants! Outdated tub surround came off, the wall was open to the kitchen & the shower head was only 5ft tall. With a little attention the walls are up, the opening is closed, and the shower height is restored!

Facia & soffit refurbishing, and some house paint to make it blend!
You’d be surprised at how many unused wires are usually left attached to the house. You’ll follow them on both ends and see they aren’t attached to anything and just left hanging. Take them all down, clean up the area, give it a fresh prime and paint, and it looks good as new! (Non vented soffits)
