Want a sneak peek of our office reno? We are a bit biased but our new lobby is a stunner if you ask us! Our workspace before wasn't quite a reflection of who we are as a company and we outgrew our space so renovations were needed...AGAIN! We believe that where we come to work should reflect our values and our brand so we went after an open, collaborative, innovative feel that is modern and beautiful. We build amazing spaces for other organization's customers and teams and now it was our turn to do the same for our own.

Framing Friday here in Elmsdale! We picked up an investment property that needed some love and we have a bit of structural stuff going on 😅 The main floor system had 6" floor joists at 24" on centre sitting on a beam which wasn't supported on either end. Needless to say the house dropped and it didn't quite meet code! 😜

This time last week we were getting home from an amazing few days away with the team. We spent 3 days teambuilding, diving into leadership skills, understanding the personalities and strengths of every one on this team and celebrating the incredible successes the company is experiencing as a result of their hard work. We can't thank Fox Harb'r enough for hosting us and making it an unforgettable experience. We are already counting down until next years leadership offsite.

It already feels like a completely different building at the Halliday Building on Arthur St! Demolition is well on it's way and we have the shoring complete! Renovating older buildings has it's fair share of interesting construction techniques! You can see that we have supported the second floor system with temporary support posts so that we can place new footings under each of these columns!
