We’re stating to get the taste of spring!
These last few weeks of warmer weather have given us the chance to work outside on our new apartment project.

The siding is coming along great, and is looking fantastic.

Great to see some more insulation going into the building! FB Spray Foaming are doing their work on Saturday so that none of the Monday-Friday crew is exposed to the spray foaming process.

We've had a camera running at our Water Street Apartment job during the construction of the main building structure, and we've compiled it all into a timelapse.

This timelapse gives a look at the construction, from the installation to the topping of the building.

We've made it to the top! 🏗️🏗️

We've recently topped off the roof of one of our current projects, a 4 story apartment building, marking a major milestone in the project timeline. We've managed to erect the building in just over 2 months. Now, it's time for our work to transition inside and start finishing the apartments.

The structural and civil design was completed in-house by our team of engineers, and we've teamed up with Peter Braithwaite Studios for architecture.

Fun fact: you can see Cape Forchu from the top floor!
