NOVATEC BRAIDS EXTERIOR TRANSFORMATION

Take a look at the before, after & during construction photos of this large siding project! Before installing the new metal sidings, our team installed a Blueskin membrane along with rigid insulation over the entire building. Afterwards we installed strapping & furring channels at various depths to account for the different depths of the existing brick & block. This allowed the new horizontal corrugated steel siding to sit flush. The end result is a modern, durable exterior that enhances the building’s appearance and improves its overall energy performance and weather protection!

MARINERS CENTRE ICE SLAB REPLACEMENT

A lot of progress happening inside of Graves Arena since starting this project in April! We are now finishing the rebar placement and beginning on the 15km worth of cold brine piping. One step closer to the concrete pour!

🚧 Graves Arena Upgrade Update 🚧

Progress continues beneath the surface at Graves Arena.

The insulation has now been installed, marking another important milestone in the arena floor replacement project. Next comes the installation of the cooling pipes, followed by the new concrete floor that will form the foundation of the ice surface for years to come.

While much of this work happens out of sight, these upgrades are an investment in the future of recreation, sport, and community wellness across our region.

Every step brings us closer to welcoming athletes, families, and fans back to a renewed Graves Arena.

SHELBURNE HIGH FLAT ROOF

We teamed up with East Roofing last year to replace over 26,000 square feet of this large flat roof! The existing modified bitumen roof and insulations were removed to the steel deck, and we replaced the entire roof system on the main area of the school. Additional insulations were added to the new roof, which involved raising all curbs, drains, and the parapet with stone veneer!

MODERN LAKEFRONT ICF HOME 🏡

Last year, our team completed this custom lakefront home, designed with clean lines & finishes for a modern & contemporary style! A major focus on this home was energy efficiency, featuring an ICF structure paired with additional exterior insulation, triple pane windows & doors, and many other high performance products and details.
