Fogged Inn build is moving along nicely, masters of metal on site this past week installing standing seam metal roofs. Concrete slabs got poured last week, fire suppression rough in starting next week. Then rest of mechanical rough in.

Got the hot dipped galvanized knee braces installed, framed the deck on top of them. Turned out great, going to be a great spot to hang out on. Fogged Inn build coming along great, concrete slabs being placed and finished tomorrow.

Lots happening on our Fogged Inn build, architectural sheet metal contractor’s on site prepping the roof with synthetic underlay. Electrician’s setting the base for the transformer, concrete wall for the meter base got stripped.

Big week this week at our Fogged Inn build. Services being installed going up the driveway. Roofs getting built on top of our EPS insulation, trying to get water tight before the monsoons of November hit the west coast of the island.
