I have to apologize to many of my clients that have reciently reached out. I underestimated my other clients projects. This has led me to be a few weeks behind on bookings. And those affected have been contacted.
But going forward, I want to assure all of my present and future clients. I will not forget you. I am just 'rolling with the punches ' as they say.

I do NOT want to get big. As that means, You do not get the individual care each and everyone deserves.
You're not a client, you're my local friend.

And I take that to heart.

This is a major issue for your families safety!!
All splices need to be in an approved box and with approved splicing connectors.
A failed splice like these is a huge fire hazard, as well as possible grounding and electrocution hazards. Can not stress this enough!!!

Fall is coming. It's time for our yearly outlet promotion!!! Did you know your outlets in your home have an expected live span? Expected. The more you use it, the more deteriorated it gets.
Fall s coming, the space heaters are coming out. They are not the problem. They are designed to work on your receptacles. But, when receptacles get worn, past life span. They loose grip. Causing heat in the connection. And well, we all know what heat and electricity equals

If your lugs have lost grip. They should have a firm pull out. If they don't. Or you have to "duct tape" the plug to the outlet. They means the outlet is done. Past life time.

Most my clients have been super great when the final bill comes
A lot of jobs are small. So not a ton out of my pocket. But others,are the absolute opposite. A couple hundred hrs labor and thousands of dollars out.
And some of you think you can just not pay, because, well I honestly don't know.
No more communication, or there is promises to pay, and the date comes and goes.

I got you sicamous and Malakwa!!! I got ALL your electrical needs. But I am not SACU. I can not finance you. My rates are low, my quality is top notch.
But I can't finance you unless we make prior scheduled arrangements.

Sorry I'm ranting on my professional pace. But Malakwa Electric is a solely owned company that is trying the best service he can for the community. Your price is my prices. And when you don't pay. I'm left out. I struggle every month to make my mtg payments like you all do

Just a PSA. If you need work done, can't afford at the moment, Inform me. We can work a deal out. Don't just not pay for months please.
