Hiring: Polished Concrete & Epoxy Installer
Location: Based in Moncton, NB (with frequent travel) Pay: Competitive, based on experience Position Type: Full-time

Are you a hard worker with an eye for detail? Do you take pride in transforming a rough slab into a high-end finish? We are looking for a skilled Polished Concrete & Epoxy Installer to join our growing team.

Based out of Moncton, we handle projects across the region. If you’re experienced with a grinder, reliable, and ready to move up the ranks, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Surface preparation, including professional concrete grinding.

Precision edging: Using cup wheels and hand grinders to ensure seamless finishes.

Installing various epoxy and resinous flooring systems.

Operating heavy-duty polishing equipment and industrial vacuums.

Maintaining a clean and safe job site.

What We’re Looking For
Concrete Experience: Proven experience grinding concrete. Specific experience with edge grinding/cup wheels for polishing is a major asset.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle the physical demands of flooring work.

Mobility: Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to get to the shop or local job sites.

Travel-Ready: We go where the work is. You must be willing and able to travel frequently for projects.

Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to work.
