So this is how it looks like when I'm driving. Needs bigger tires to match the rims, then needs higher lift to match the tires, then needs bigger rims to match the lift! It never ends, no wonder I'm broke. 🤭

January sets the tone for the rest of the year.
February, March, April is around the corner.

I always pray for the most difficult times, because of the growth, especially post traumatic growth.

Careful what you wish for. All my prayers are answered with interest. Now we're ready.

Entering the final phase of this project.
Last year I left the Translink project to this, not by choice, but it worked out perfectly for this new client's project carried my company through out the winter. It's luck. In 2018, I was sent to this client by my employer at the time, to get the client. Which I did. Then in 2019, I switched job to a new employer. Same thing happened, I was sent to get this client again and I did too. Then last year after l left the Translink project, I'm back to this client again. It's meant to be. Mid sized company means I have more freedom, freedom to do a better job.

At the same time I can train my employees from the ground up. The permit is extended for a month. However, it tunes out we only have 10 days to finish the job. Lots of overtime.
