Job Type: Full Time/Part Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge and hands-on experience in general repairs, maintenance, and basic construction. This role involves performing a wide variety of tasks in residential, commercial, or industrial settings to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general repairs such as fixing doors, windows, drywall, flooring, and ceiling.
• Conduct basic plumbing work (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing fixtures)
• Handle minor electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light fixtures, outlets, switches)
• Perform carpentry tasks including furniture assembly, cabinet repairs, and trim work
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Repair and maintain exterior structures such as fences, decks, and walkways
• Paint interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests or service calls.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware tools, repair techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license (if travel is required)

Work Environment:
• Work is performed indoors and outdoors, sometimes in tight or high spaces
• May require flexible hours, including weekends or emergency calls.
