Good morning! A view from atop one of Vancouver's most prestigious buildings puts this opulent home in a class of its own.

This large-footprint condo (2700+ sqft) transformation was the brainchild of visionary designer .ca, encompassing a variety of curved edges mixed with modern finishes and some out-of-the-box features, reserved only for clients daring to push the envelope.

A top-class winner of the Georgie Awards for Best Condo Renovation between 750k - 1.5 million, this project will never be rivaled.

Classic canvas redo on this Transformational Tuesday!

A condo transformed into a chef's dream kitchen, with ample cabinetry and new appliances to accommodate this resident's needs.

Taking out the bland and boring kitchen to make way for a two-tone setting, anchored by beautiful herring bone floors!

Anything is possible!

Take this transformation for example: nestled near English Bay, in the West End of Vancouver, was this 40+ yr-old condo dressed in its original form.

During demolition, we discovered important structural components anchoring the kitchen. The clever-vision of overcame this challenge by redesigning the kitchen around the structural parts.

Adding a touch of colour & modernness completely transformed this space.

When art marries interior design, a different "thinking hat" needs to go on.

The ASK:
create a folding surface to mimic a "peeling effect" where the end-result should resemble the folding of cards, akin to holding a hand of cards close to your chest.

The SOLUTION:
after experimenting with metal & plywood variations, our team settled on Corian, heated and curved to achieve the desired curvature. Then backlit and clad in various materials as per interior design.

This was a fun challenge that the Condoworks team took-on with pride.

This project was a 2024 Georgie Award winner: Best Condo Renovation between $750k - $1.5 million

Daring are those not afraid to take risk, and rely on their vision & guts to deliver an end product that rivals the best.

In this complete transformation, heavy texture was added to a fireplace surround, then painted in black, and contrasted/balanced with a natural wood tone!

Simple things to create extra-ordinary results!

Just some stairs, right?

Yes, BUT....what a difference to the internal space when open riser stairs leading to the rooftop, is opened up!

Abundant light enters this townhome from a skylight above, completely changing the interior mood of the space.
