Last week we hosted a Trades Appreciation Lunch to say thank you to our crews and team.

All summer, our team has been putting in hard work, going the extra mile, all while working through the heat to keep our Satori project on top of schedule. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed.

Special shoutout to our Managing Director, Allen, who personally prepared a surprise lunch party for the whole team. Thank you to all our trades and team members for your hard work! 🙌🏼

Full house on deck today! Shotcreting the parkade exterior walls and doing below grade detail work. We‘re starting to see the site taking shape quite literally. 🛠️✨

We’re back after Canada Day! 🇨🇦 Foundation works are in motion this month. Crew on site pouring the parkade foundation, one of the most critical stage of the build. On track for slab on grade this August.

It all starts at the bottom. Pad footings help distribute the huge load columns carry. Get the base right and everything above goes smoothly. Stay tuned for the pour coming up next.

Tower crane installed at Thompson Ave. Big milestone on site today. Now we’re set to start detail excavation and formwork.
