Last week, our team participated in the Building for Kids Charity Golf Classic, helping support the incredible work of the BC Children's Hospital Foundation.

For over 10 years, Conwest has been honoured to sponsor and volunteer at this event alongside an amazing community of donors, volunteers, and partners dedicated to making a difference for children and their families across British Columbia.

“You catch more flies with honey than vinegar.” Construction can be a high-pressure environment; it can be tempting to let egos or fear guide your response and interaction with people. Choosing anger or general meanness is rarely, if ever, the more effective approach to solving issues.
