From day one, he’s brought a steady presence to the jobsite, pairing strong leadership with a genuine care for the work and the people around him. As a lead hand, Dan has earned trust through consistency, responsibility, and pride in how every project comes together.
What truly sets Dan apart is his eye for detail. He notices the things that others might pass over, alignment, finish, flow, and takes the time to get them right. That attention shows up in the final product and in the way our sites run. When Dan is leading, there’s a quiet confidence in the work, and a shared understanding that the standard matters.
Dan grew up in the construction world, and it shows in his natural understanding of building and sequencing. Alongside that foundation, he’s worked as a chef, bringing precision, timing, and care into everything he does, and he’s a ski instructor on the side, which speaks to his patience, adaptability, and love for the outdoors. All of these paths come together in how he leads, calm under pressure, focused, and solutions driven.
