Last week marked Neil Gavin’s 10‑year anniversary with IRL Construction — and how lucky we are to have him.

If you know Neil, you know he is hard‑working, kind, loyal, and the definition of a team player. Over the past decade, he has contributed to a wide range of projects across BC, always bringing professionalism, skill, and a steady, positive presence to every site.

Neil is respected and appreciated by clients and colleagues alike, and his impact on IRL Construction runs deep. We also want to extend a heartfelt thank‑you to his wonderful wife, Kate, for being such an integral part of the IRL family and supporting Neil throughout his journey with us.
