The office isn't dead, but what we expect from it has changed.

In a post-COVID world, workspaces are being asked to offer more than they once did. The best ones create a reason to come together, not just a place to clock in.

In partnership with Kasian Design, this 3,000-square-foot workplace in Downtown Vancouver brings together private offices, collaborative spaces and social areas within a refined, highly considered environment.

More capacity. Smarter systems. One transformed warehouse.

Fusion Projects recently completed the transformation of a 30,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Delta, BC, creating a CFIA-compliant food packaging and semi-automated warehousing facility for Dan-D Pak.

Working alongside design team TDI, Fusion helped convert the existing warehouse to support Dan-D Pak’s expanding nut and oat packaging operations, balancing specialized regulatory and operational requirements with an accelerated construction schedule.

Throughout the project, strategic value engineering helped optimize the facility’s HVAC and electrical systems, while collaboration with consultants and trades led to a redesigned sprinkler integration within the automated racking system—eliminating the need for in-rack sprinklers and reducing both cost and installation time.

Global sourcing of insulated metal panel systems and close coordination with vendors helped keep construction on schedule, while staged installation of the automated racking allowed Dan-D Pak to begin installing its production and packaging lines earlier in the process.

The result is a purpose-built industrial facility designed to expand operational capacity while supporting a more efficient, semi-automated production and warehousing environment.

Fusion Projects recently completed the construction of this 3,000-square-foot insurance office on the 15th floor of 320 Granville in downtown Vancouver.

Working alongside designer Kasian , Fusion served as Construction Manager while also overseeing the project’s electrical and mechanical consultants. Two existing suites were combined to create a cohesive workplace featuring private offices, a boardroom, kitchen, lounge, and supporting workspaces.

Throughout the office, curved millwork walls, Nuvolato Architop concrete flooring, open ceilings, and considered lighting create a continuous architectural language. In the boardroom, a MAXXIT Agilis aluminum panel system transitions from ceiling to feature wall, integrating acoustic treatment, AV, and lighting into the design.

With privacy essential to the workplace, acoustic performance was carefully considered throughout, balancing sound separation with the openness and natural light of glazed office fronts.

The result is a refined, high-performing workplace that brings together thoughtful design and technical ex*****on — another prime example of Fusion’s approach to commercial office construction in Vancouver.

Every project is an opportunity to improve how people experience a space. This is what became the driving force for our recent project for Austeville Properties.

Fusion Projects completed the renovation of approximately 2,000 square feet, transforming the lobby, property management office, mail room, and elevator lobby of a residential tower in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour.

Featuring premium millwork and natural stone tile sourced from India, the refreshed spaces were designed to create a timeless arrival experience while improving functionality for both residents and building staff.

One of the project’s biggest challenges was delivering the full renovation while the lobby remained fully operational, requiring careful planning and seamless coordination to minimize disruption throughout construction.

The kitchen is more than just a place to grab a coffee.

They create moments to connect, collaborate, and take a break from the desk. From espresso bars and beer taps to welcoming lounge spaces, today’s workplace is designed around the people who use it every day.

Fusion Projects delivered this modern financial office with a focus on transforming thoughtful design into a high-performing workplace.

Working alongside designer Māk Interiors , we reimagined the existing office through a new Townhall, flexible meeting spaces, and carefully integrated acoustic solutions that support collaboration, focused work, and day-to-day functionality.

By removing the existing T-bar ceiling, the central gathering space was opened up to create greater volume, allowing architectural lighting and varied ceiling treatments to become defining features of the workplace.

Throughout construction, our team worked closely with the design team and base building to ensure the vision was executed with precision while maintaining project schedule and quality.

The result is a refined, functional workplace that seamlessly blends new construction with existing elements, creating an environment that supports both the client’s culture and the evolving needs of its team.

One year of design-build condensed into a few seconds!

This project for Elk Valley Resources transformed two empty floors into a fully integrated workspace inspired by EVR’s mining heritage.

Designed by M Moser Associates, this accelerated build incorporates a custom millwork, tech-forward integration, panoramic natural light throughout, and a standout interconnecting staircase.

Honoured to take home the award for Tenant Improvement Under 10,000 SF at the Naiop Vancouver Commercial Real Estate Awards for our work on Heritage Office Furnishings' new workspace!

Designed in collaboration with , the 9,000 sq ft space in Mount Pleasant was built to function as both a workplace and a client-facing showroom for the Heritage team.

From the feature staircase and mezzanine level to the custom millwork, lighting, and furniture integration throughout, the project was all about creating a space that feels like a second home. Warm, functional, and distinctly Heritage Office.

Fusion’s own Brad McArthur co-emceed the evening and somehow managed to keep the room laughing between awards. 🥂

Big thanks to Heritage Office Furnishings, the project team, and everyone involved in bringing the space together.
