I'm a carpenter working out of east van/north burnaby.
My wife and I moonlight as family court support workers.
I am looking for a skilled/semi-skilled helper.
I would like to provide a supportive work environment for someone fighting for access to their child/children.
I know how hard it can be taking time off for court and jumping through hoops to take advantage jury rigged parenting time.
I know that many of us are in the grey zone where we can't afford a lawyer, yet make too much to qualify for legal aid.
I'm just another guy, but many have helped me, and it is time return some favors.
I am working for someone else at the moment, but am essentially my own boss; the guy I'm working for has come to court, vouched for me, and made family maintenance give me my driver's license back.
I work hard.
This is not a free ride, but a serious offer.
