Framing progress over the last 3 days.

Foundation is in, crawlspace completed, and floor joists installed. Interior layout is now taking shape.

Good planning at the start makes everything else move faster and cleaner. When the structure is square and solid, the rest of the build falls into place.

That’s always the goal — do it right the first time.

💡 Not every project needs a full rebuild.
This Vancouver deck had a rotten frame — nails had no hold, and the joists were at risk of giving out. Client had a tight budget, so instead of a full replacement, we removed the bad sections and installed new framing.

👉 This repair gave the deck a few more good years of safe use, buying the homeowner time to save for a full rebuild — and saving them money today.

Wrapped up a quick drywall install today ✅ The plumber had to open things up to fix a leak, and once the repair was done, we stepped in to get the drywall back in place. Our part is complete, and now the finishing crew will take it from here. Another job done right, on to the next! 💪🛠️

📌 WHAT WE NEED:

We’re looking to build a no-nonsense strong crew for an upcoming project.
If you’re looking to mess around, don’t even bother. We need:

🔧 1 SKILLED GUY (LEAD):
• Must know your tools inside-out. If someone asks “what’s this?”, you better know what the f*** it is.
• You’ll be supervising when the foreman or boss isn’t there — act like a leader, not a liability.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable experience – we WILL call your references.
• Must be able to run crews, give direction, and hold others accountable.
• No faking, no stories – we’ll find out quick. You’re always being seen, this site is packed with pros and trades. Don’t get caught lying or trying to be over-smart – you’ll be gone instantly.
• Only English to be spoken on site. Be professional. Period.

🛠️ 4 GENERAL LABOURERS:
• No experience? That’s okay — if you’re hungry to learn and can take direction without whining, you’re in.
• No soft hands – if you can’t lift, climb, or sweat, this isn’t for you.
• Must be comfortable with heights, steep roofs, trusses, and physical lifting.
• Full PPE kit required (CSA-approved 6” steel toes, vest, hard hat, gloves, glasses).
• Own vehicle preferred.
• Legal to work in Canada – no exceptions.
• If you’re found milking time, you’re out in 10 minutes.
• Must be able to work under pressure, fast-paced, and directly under the boss and foreman.
