Paysagiste Stone Inc est à la recherche de gens sérieux et travaillants pour comblés les postes d’installateur de pavé-uni et aide générale « avec ou sans expérience » qui peuvent se rendre au travail (permis de conduire valide) avec des bottes de sécurité. Formation fournie avec nos co-équipiers professionnels. Prenez note que nous « ne sommes pas dans l’entretien de terrains ».

Nous travaillons avec le pavé-uni et pierres (travail très physique), au soleil ainsi que dans la pluie, et notre cellulaire demeure dans nos voitures pour les raisons sécuritaires.

Exigences:
-Respecter les normes de santé et sécurité de l’entreprise et de l’industrie;
-Travailler en équipe
-Avec ou sans expérience;
-Posséder un permis de conduire valide;
-Posséder bottes de sécurité;
-Être minutieux;
-Intérêt pour le travail à l’extérieur peu n’importe la température;
-Être capable de travailler sans un téléphone cellulaire, le laisser dans votre véhicule ou boite a lunch.
-Motivation, fiabilité et ponctualité;
-Être autonome

WE ARE HIRING “Paver installers and general workers”

Paysagiste Stone Inc is looking for serious and hard-working team members to fulfill our stone installation team and general workers “with or without experience” who can get to work (valid drivers’ license is a must) and own security boots. Training provided with professional team members. Please note that we are not in “landscape maintenance”.

We work with stone (intense physical labor), in the sun as well as in the rain, and our cell phones are left in our vehicles during working hours for security reasons.

Having received a few calls since last week, we thought to share this information regarding new lawns.

WAITING TO WALK ON A NEW LAWN IS WELL WORTH THE WAIT.

We all know that we need to wait to use a new lawn, but many people wonder why. The reason is simple: The sod needs to establish a strong enough root system. If you start using your lawn before the roots have established, you are lessening your chances of success.

We normally suggest waiting at least two weeks before using your lawn regularly as the root system can take anywhere from 10 days or more to establish itself. Of course, to have the root system establish itself, you WILL need to water this new lawn. Simply walk on it lightly and as minimally as possible during this period.

As the suggested 2 weeks is more of a guideline, you can easily check if your grass has taken root by simply lifting a corner of one or more pieces in different areas. If there has been minimal or no root development, there will be almost no resistance when lifted. If you have difficulty lifting the corner, the root system has properly developed, and you will enjoy the first mow. Remember not to cut too short not to burn it out.

Planning to install new grass? The best times are May, June, the end of August through October.
