We are looking for an experienced Estimator/Contract Manager to assist with our projects. This position is required estimating projects and managing work with builders. He/she will also be responsible for providing quotes that are accurate. Manage contracts and labour requirements as required by law as well as negotiate price and terms agreements with builders.
Skills and qualifications
Recording and comparing bids from multiple vendors and subcontractors
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
Understanding of construction methods and material, specifically Stucco-EIFS.
