The Great Gulf and Phantom Developments' Eight Cumberland project is now making steady upward progress at Yonge and Cumberland streets in Toronto's Yorkville neighbourhood, its cantilevers now supported by thick transfer slabs. The architectsAlliance-designed condo will rise 51 storeys.
