Sales Representative Position

Overview

LAR is currently looking for an experienced sales representative. We are an industry leading organization that has specialized in condominium refurbishments for more than 25 years. We are looking for a skilled, experienced and energetic salesperson to join our team. Sales reps are responsible for acquiring new clientele for LAR. They will be required to cold call clients within the GTA and surrounding area to secure future work. Our projects are 6-7 figures in scope, with a three- six month sale cycle. We are looking for individuals who have a strategic mindset, focused on optimizing and targeting potential projects.

Daily responsibilities

Cold calling potential clients to generate leads
Following up on previously generated soft leads
Identifying the best possible candidates for client acquisition
Meeting with client to showcase our services and discuss their needs
Prepare for and attend board meetings and sales presentations
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

Desired Skills and Experience

Required 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed expected targets
Previous experience/ exposure to interior design, property management or project management is an asset
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Knowledge of MS Office tools ( Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other current technologies
BS/BA Degree or equivalent
