Originating with two Italian women venturing out to fulfill their passion for pasta, Maria Varone and Gina Di Leo have been making fresh and delicious pasta for over two decades. From their humble beginnings in a basement providing their friends with a unique and quality-made pasta, they quickly gained recognition paving their path to becoming the authentic Italian pasta shop they are today. For over 23 years Pasta Varone has not only catered to well-known restaurants across the GTA, but still to this day can provide their everyday customers with a variety of fresh and easy-to-make pastas. Always taking pride in their fresh and homemade products, Maria and Gina have ensured their recipes remain the same as they pass their family legacy on to the next generation.
