Phase One of This Project Is Complete! 🌿✨

WOW — what a stunning view! 😍

Back in June, we completed the landscaping at Kelly’s cottage, and now we’re bringing the vision to life at the main house!

With some beautiful retaining walls built by Dave and excellent preparation completed by our team, this project is all set for the winter months ahead.

Come spring, the addition of garden beds and beautiful plantings will tie everything together once the house is finished and the water supply is established.

We can’t wait to see this spa-like oasis come to life! A peaceful retreat surrounded by breathtaking views. 🌿

Stay tuned — we’ll be back in the spring to bring the finishing touches to this beautiful property!

It all started with a phone call. 📞🌿

Leigh-Ann called us in June after underground repairs left her front yard completely torn apart.

We had a budget and a vision: create a beautiful, welcoming front yard with a pathway and a place to sit, relax, and enjoy time with friends and family.

Over the past few months, the front yard evolved. Leigh-Ann followed our recommendation to remove a few trees growing near the power lines, and what a difference it made! The space immediately felt bigger, brighter, and more open — allowing enough sunlight for a healthy lawn and thriving plants. 🌱

We listened. We planned. We created.

The result is a beautiful, functional, low-maintenance front yard that can be enjoyed for years to come — completed on time and on budget. 🙌

Thinking about transforming your yard next spring? Now is the time to start planning. Give us a call and let’s bring your ideas to life!

This week we built a fence! 🔨

We love getting the opportunity to work for great people — especially the ones who bake us goodies along the way. 😂🤍

Cali Garden has been built on hard work, trust, and repeat customers who continue to call us back for their next project.

At the beginning of the season, we completed retaining walls and artificial turf for our amazing client Chris & Keri. When the neighbours later removed their cedars, we were only a phone call away! This time, we came back to install this beautiful fence in a pretty challenging area.

Every project gives us another opportunity to grow, learn, problem-solve, and work hard — but most importantly, to continue building relationships with our customers.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to trust Cali Garden with their outdoor spaces. 🌿🤍

If you rent your place out at Big White, here's the bit of our service that owners seem to like most.

We connect straight to your Airbnb or VRBO calendar. From then on you never tell us a guest is coming.

We see your check-ins and check-outs as they happen, and the tub gets sorted before every arrival. No texting us on a Thursday night from Vancouver. No remembering. No "did I mention the booking on the 12th?"

Only dates come across, by the way. No guest names, no contact details, nothing else. Just the check-in and check-out dates.

Another one brought to life! 🙌

From a custom design inspired by our client’s vision to the finished landscape, it’s always rewarding to see the transformation come together.

This low-maintenance, drought-tolerant landscape is built to look great for years to come while keeping maintenance to a minimum.

The smoky skies weren’t ideal, but our team showed up, worked hard, and got it done. 💪

A huge thank you to Isa, Aidan, and Coleman for your dedication and hard work throughout this project.

Special thanks to High Country Slinger for making material placement so much easier, Pro Source Supply for supplying quality materials, and Foxglove Nurseries for the excellent service, as always.

We couldn’t be happier with how this one turned out! 🌿

Small Space. Big Impact. 🌿✨

This may be a small garden bed, but it was designed with a much bigger vision.

Inspired by the feeling of a luxury spa retreat, we created this landscape to complement the lake house and transform it into a place that feels calm, welcoming, and restorative. Every plant, texture, and detail was thoughtfully selected to create a space that invites you to slow down and unwind.

Because great design isn’t about the size of the space—it’s about how it makes you feel.

A lake house should feel like a retreat. A home away from home.

Looking to refresh your yard? We have the solution! 🌿

One of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to give your landscape a fresh, polished look is by adding a fresh layer of mulch.

Not only does mulch make your garden beds look clean and well-maintained, but it also provides many long-term benefits:

✔️ Helps retain soil moisture, reducing the need for frequent watering.
✔️ Suppresses w**ds by limiting sunlight to w**d seeds.
✔️ Regulates soil temperature, keeping plant roots cooler in summer and protected during temperature swings.
✔️ Slowly adds organic matter to the soil as it breaks down, improving soil health.
✔️ Helps reduce soil erosion and prevents mud from splashing onto your plants.
✔️ Creates a neat, finished appearance that instantly boosts your home’s curb appeal.

We recommend replenishing mulch every 1–2 years, depending on the type of mulch and how quickly it decomposes.

Whether you’re looking for a simple refresh or preparing your property for the season, we’d be happy to help.

One year later… 🌿✨

Do you remember this property we prepared for our clients’ wedding?

We recently returned, and it was incredible to see how much everything has grown and filled in over the past year. The gardens are thriving, the lawn is lush and healthy, and the entire landscape has settled beautifully into the space.

The bees are happy, the plants are happy, and we certainly are too! 🐝🌸

There’s something incredibly rewarding about revisiting a project and seeing the long-term results of thoughtful design, quality installation, and proper maintenance. What was once a newly completed landscape has transformed into a mature, vibrant outdoor space our clients can enjoy for years to come.

Thank you for trusting us with your vision. 💚
